summer bucket + spade list with Frugi

summer bucket + spade list with Frugi

Anyone else a tad nervous for the summer holidays? Abel started nursery in January, he goes every afternoon and loves it (thankfully!). I also love those 3ish hours every weekday where I can chill with Freida or try and get some work done. So yeah, it got me a little worried about how I’m going to keep him entertained over the holidays without spending a fortune!

When we seen the “bucket + spade list” I knew Abel would love it…

If you haven’t heard of Frugi, they make the most amazing organic clothes for littles (with space for a cloth bum) and mamas! To celebrate the summer and their new SS17 collection they have made the “bucket + spade list” to inspire us all.

We came up with our own after looking through the ideas Frugi suggest.

So far we have managed to tick 2 off our current list but have managed a few off the Frugi list too, I’m so surprised at how much Abel is enjoying it, I think a few lists will be made throughout the summer! Here are a few pictures of him (in a Frugi outfit of course) doing a couple of the things on his list…

The fear of a boring summer is definitely gone and I’m feeling inspired to make the most of it even if it’s a rainy day! Just need to wait on Mr getting home now so we can do even more.

Below is Frugi’s ultimate bucket + spade list, feel free to save it and see how many you can tick off with your little ones! If you take part be sure to use the #frugibucketandspadelist and also don’t forget to check out their website and have a nosey, the quality is amazing and I am a sucker for anything bright (help!).

Enjoy the summer and let us know what you get up to!

  • I would love to be able to get a copy of the list of activities but cannot do that without printing all the photographs. Is there any chance of you sending me the list so that we can use it for making our own activities please?
