- 6 good quality sausages
- 3/4 eggs
- 225g plain flour
- 250ml milk
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Put the sausages in a baking dish for 10 minutes with a little oil.
- Meanwhile whisk the eggs, flour and milk together to form the batter mix.
- Take the sausages out and pour the mixture round them.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Check all is cooked - put a clean knife into batter and it should come out clean, check sausages are cooked.
