Ingredients
  1. 6 sausages
  2. 1 finely chopped onion
  3. 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  4. 350g pasta
  5. 1 garlic clove
  6. 1 tablespoon red pesto
  7. 1 teaspoon oregano
  8. olive oil
  9. black pepper to season
Instructions
  1. Fry sausages until brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.
  2. Add chopped onions to pan and fry.
  3. Once the onions have cooked a bit add in the sausage along with the garlic, tomatoes and oregano and simmer for around 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile cook the pasta in a seperate pot.
  5. When the sauce has thickened slightly add the pesto and stir.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta then add in the sauce to the pot and season.
  7. Stir then serve!
Notes
  1. Add chilli flakes or powder to the adult portion for an extra kick!
  2. Remove skin from sausage for younger babies or if you feel better doing that anyway.
