Ingredients
  1. 1 sheet puff pastry
  2. 4/5 apples
  3. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  4. 1 egg
  5. unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out pastry sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of butter over one side.
  4. Peel and grate the apples, put between sheets of kitchen towel and squeeze/press out the moisture.
  5. Mix the apple with the cinnamon and spread evenly over the pastry leaving about 1cm at the top clear.
  6. Roll from the bottom up and pinch shut when completely rolled.
  7. Slice into 2cm wide pieces and place on a baking tray.
  8. Apply an egg wash (beaten egg).
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Cool and serve!
