- a little unsalted butter
- natural yoghurt
- 1 apricot
- Half your banana and shape the sliced ends to look like a sausage.
- Melt your butter in a pan and fry your bananas until they become caramelized.
- Slice your apricot in half.
- Spoon some yoghurt onto your plate then put your halved apricot in the middle.
- Plate up your banana and you have your "fry up"!
