Ingredients
  1. 6 good quality sausages
  2. 3/4 eggs
  3. 225g plain flour
  4. 250ml milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Put the sausages in a baking dish for 10 minutes with a little oil.
  3. Meanwhile whisk the eggs, flour and milk together to form the batter mix.
  4. Take the sausages out and pour the mixture round them.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Check all is cooked - put a clean knife into batter and it should come out clean, check sausages are cooked.
  7. Serve!
